MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute and support projects aligned with brand
- Support end-to-end development activities, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure successful project delivery
- Perform hands-on technical work, support the manufacturing scale-up team, data analysis, and pipeline execution
- Utilize expertise in formulations, ingredient selection, raw material management, and cost optimization
- Translate product science into consumer-relevant insights
- Prepare technical reports/manuscripts, provide project updates, and facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration to generate new ideas and solutions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education Level: BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Language Level: Fluent in English (written and spoken), minimum C1 level.
- Ability to work independently, organize and execute assigned tasks efficiently, and manage communication flow for multiple initiatives
- Strong ability to monitor timelines, identify and escalate risks, and troubleshooting issues as they arise
