Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our Launch and Expansion team to lead infrastructure projects and network strategy across Europe. You will optimize last-mile delivery nodes, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable growth by partnering with cross-functional teams. The role requires experience in project management, advanced Excel, SQL, and the ability to present results to executive leadership.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead a portfolio of regional infrastructure and maintenance projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Site Upgrades: Plan and oversee enhancements to existing sites, including offices and floor layouts, to support last-mile delivery fleet operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Real Estate, Finance, and Engineering teams to elevate site performance standards.
- Strategy & Governance: Develop detailed business cases and strategic documents to secure approval from director-level leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Program/Project Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
- Experience defining program requirements using data, standardizing processes, and working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- Track record of end-to-end delivery, continuous improvement, and presenting results to executive leadership.
